Keith G. Reid – Associate

Prior to joining Kilpatrick & Associates, Keith had extensive experience as a litigator, regularly appearing in court on behalf of his clients.

Since joining Kilpatrick & Associates, Keith has been the primary attorney for the firm’s foreclosure activity. This has included all parts of the foreclosure process, from drafting and sending demand letters, to evictions and post-sale conveyances. As part of the foreclosure process, he has litigated and negotiated many cases involving quiet title litigation and judicial foreclosures. He also regularly represents the firm’s clients in their collection efforts, as well as assisting creditors with the bankruptcy process.
